TEWER Engineering is a Spanish engineering company composed of experts in product development, manufacturing, power plants engineering and construction, assembly of complex systems, verification and monitoring procedures, and project management.
TEWER expert staff has participated in the development and construction of some of the most representative projects in CSP worldwide, with experience in Parabolic Trough, Dish Concentrators and Tower plants. TEWER Engineering Teams have as well broad experience in other renewable technologies such as CHP, Organic Rankine Cycle modules, Solar Photovoltaic and Combined Cycles.
The team accumulate a long experience in mechanical, optical and thermodynamic developments for different sectors like Railway, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Forming processes, etc.
TEWER has its own technology for Parabolic Trough plants (TEWER Trough WD3) and Tower Plants (TEWER Heliostat HTW 135) as well as own software for plant modelization and final production calculation.
Main company capabilities allow us to engage in comprehensive product development, including the complete components engineering, and power plants detailed engineering and construction, including thermal, hydraulic and mechanical calculations, optical performance, mass and energy balances, process development, manufacturing and assembly, complete quality system of complex supplies, and construction process of the entire components of power plants. This is supported by a wide experience in several industrial technologies and renewable energy projects of different technologies.
Our development capabilities range from system 3D design, mechanical calculation using FEM systems with nonlinear and coupled capabilities, to the development of manufacturing processes and assembly Layouts.
In addition to our own capabilities, TEWER has got collaboration agreements with technology centers, where any validation test not feasible at the facility where the manufacture and integration of the equipment is running, can be carried out.
